Subprocessors

SkillQuest may use trusted third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help operate the Service. These providers may process data on our behalf.

Infrastructure

Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, BigQuery) — Primary data storage and analytics infrastructure. Challenge data, collected emails, issued discount codes, and analytics events are stored using Google Cloud services.

Platform Providers

Shopify — Provides the ecommerce platform and APIs required for the application.

Email Marketing Platforms (Configured by Merchants)

If enabled by the merchant:

• Klaviyo
• Mailchimp

Email addresses collected through the widget may be transmitted to these services on behalf of the merchant.

Analytics Services

We may use internal analytics systems or third-party providers to measure widget performance. Analytics data is aggregated where possible.

Updates

We may update this list from time to time as our infrastructure evolves.
